  3. Include your order number and the RAN inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
